MIAS MODELS is a small company, based in Swansea, supplying hand-made accessories to G-Scale garden railway enthusiasts. The range is continually expanding and we reserve the right to update and/or improve the specification or prices of items without notice. All of our products are freelance in design and hand-made, and the dimensions given, whilst being suitable for G-Scale Model Railways, are intended as a guide only, and are approximate. MIAS MODELS owns the intellectual copyright of all the products it manufactures. Whilst extensive research has been made into the safety and suitability of all the materials used to manufacture its products, MIAS MODELS cannot be held responsible for injury to person(s) or damage to equipment in any way as a result of using any of its products you have purchased.

 

PAYMENT

As only limited stocks of items listed on our website and in our catalogue are held by MIAS MODELS, and all items are hand-made to order, payment for all items must be made in full, in advance. Cheques should be made payable to  ‘W.H.Trick’ .

 

PRIVACY

MIAS MODELS respects your privacy and will not divulge any of your personal details to any third party.

 

DELIVERY/POSTAGE

Whatever the value of your order, we make a standard postage and packaging charge of only £3.00. You will be notified of the completion of your order, and goods will be dispatched by first-class mail, usually within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

RETURNED GOODS/REFUNDS

Items which have NOT been specially made to customer’s specifications which have been purchased from us, may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund, providing you have notified us in writing or by e-mail within these 14 days of your intention to return items. The goods must be returned to the company’s address, and the cost of packing and returning any goods will be at the customer's expense. Any goods returned must be in ‘new’ condition and be unused. A full refund will be made of the goods being received back by us. This condition does not affect your rights on the return of faulty goods. All models are carefully inspected when manufactured, but if you receive a defective item or your order is incorrect, please contact us. We will gladly send you a replacement.
